1. Parties of agreement:
One party is owner of building „U Kocoura“, Velká Roudka No.32 by leasing of summer house Mr. Libor Kocourek (hereinafter referred to as lessor) and lessee of building, who can be natural persons and legal entities. (hereinafter referred to as lessee).

2. Subject matter: summer house "U Kocoura", Velká Roudka No. 32

3. A contractual relationship arises:
A lessee send by e-mail a purchase order with before agreed free date, lessee is fully responsible for correctness and completeness of all datas. The lessee send this purchase order to the address of: info@ukocoura.eu. The contractual relationship arises by covering of advance payment and by this become these General terms for both parties legally binding.

 4. Price:
The price includes an accommodation for maximally 18 people (17 beds + 1 additional bed) in absolute privacy.
The price of accommodation includes all energies, watter and fuel for heating in fire-place. The price includes bedclothes only by a week´s stays.
Summer house is rent all the year round always per week, if need according to the agreement.

 5. Stay:
Stay is planned from Saturday till Saturday. Starting on Saturday at 15 - 17:00  o´c pm. We ask you to check out of the bedroom by the reason of  time demand of cleaning on Saturday untill 9:30 o´c am. Delivery of the whole building untill 10 o´c am.
Weekend: starting on Friday after 14 o´c pm. and departure on Sunday untill 18 o´c pm. or according to the agreement.

 6. Payment:
Payment will pay lessee by arrival and after takeover of building total amount in cash. Amount of this payment correspond with the pricelist mentioned on internet pages: www.ukocoura.eu.
Owner reserves the right to collect caution money for contingent damages from 1 000,- CZK to 4 000,- CZK according to the character of stay.

7. Generalities:
The lessor is not responsible for damages, which will arise to visitor by willful misconduct or noncompliance with  instructions (house rules).
